These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of the website and services provided by IWIFI TECHKOM PTY LTD T/A IWIFI FSP, a licensed Financial Services Provider (FSP License No. 51635). By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Overview
IWI Burial Funds and Administrators offer burial society, and funeral assistance plans through:
* South Africa Burial Society (Non-Muslim services)
* Muslim Burial Society (Islamic services)
(Both are underwritten by AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society).
Digital payment services are provided via Epayments, a registered brand of IWIFI TECHKOM PTY LTD.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use our services or be legally represented by a parent or guardian.
3. Service Use
You agree to use our platform lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You may not:
* Misrepresent information during registration
* Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
* Use our content or branding without permission
4. Payment and Transactions
All payment transactions are securely processed via Epayments. IWIFI TECHKOM PTY LTD is not liable for errors arising from incorrect user input during payment.
5. Policy and Administration
IWIFI TECHKOM PTY LTD is the Holding Company, and IWI Burial Fund Administrators facilitates administration and provide a Muslim Burial Fund and Non-Muslim Burial Society benefits and funeral cover.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, content, software, and logos—including IWI, Epayments, and Muslim Burial Funds Logo —are the exclusive property of IWIFI TECHKOM PTY LTD. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
* Downtime or disruptions on the website
* Losses resulting from third-party platforms or banking partners
* Claims beyond what is covered by the underwriter (AVBOB)
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
