• The Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act
• The Long-Term Insurance Act
• The Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act
• The Consumer Protection Act
• Any applicable municipal and national regulatory frameworks

Any legal disputes or claims arising from or related to the use of our services, website, or policies will be resolved in accordance with the laws of South Africa and fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Western Cape Province.
